Changes to Patient Online Access
A new version of the Patient Access service was launched on the 30 May 2018. There have been some reports of patients having some problems when they first try to log in. Most issues are around the user ID, previously saved passwords and shared email addresses. For security reasons these need to be entered when logging in to the website for the first time and an individual email address is needed.
Please note that the patient access website is third party software and changes or updates are run by an NHS contracted IT provider. We understand the frustrations that come with any changes but the staff at the surgery will do their best to help you get set up and to resolve any problems you may have. All issues that patients share with the surgery will be fed back to the IT provider.
At our CQC inspection in March 2019 the practice was rated as Good. Click on the link to view the full report.
